Day 2
Today there was no help from mom. No last minute advice, just all five of us waking up and starting our day.
One child broke my measuring cup trying to get cereal and wash dishes when said child was supposed to be getting dressed.
I may have raised my voice. I did not yell. Yet.
One child slept in.
One child most definitely did raise their voice almost immediately upon entering the kitchen to make breakfast.
One child is excited for having been able to drive the quad at the cottage.
Child who broke glass wants me to scream at them. So hard…
I bought six different bags of shredded cheese and there isn’t a repeat flavor in the bunch.
I do laundry
Ballerina was on pointe all afternoon
Wife drank Starbucks today
Thankful for playful grandparents
We survived day two.
