On the Ninth Day of Christmas Vacation
Our last day in Florida. We were up at a casual hour before heading off to a local church, followed by a walk on the pier. We saw two fisher-persons make a catch and both were baby sharks. One regular shark (regular, that’s a shark type right?) and one little hammerhead. No pics.
After lunch we headed out to the beach one last time and everything was going well until… Josh met a Man-o-war and it left a bad impression. His little legs got wrapped up and it stung a bit. I read online that urine is bad for this type of thing so we didn’t let him pee on it. Instead we used Red Wing Vinegar and went swimming in the pool. Here’s a picture of one of Josh’s friends:

After the swimming pool Josh made a very fine recovery. Tonight after dinner we went crabbing too, didn’t see many crabs, but we did see quite a few birds. I didn’t get pictures of birds. It was dark out. Here are the pictures I did get… you’ll see the sand dredge digging up the bottom of the ocean so people can have a beach, and even the rare Rudolph the red nose Lambo. If I could punch this owner in the face…
