Day Night 9
Written on the morning of Day Night 10
We reached peak Joshua today. Wow.
Honestly we may have reached peak everybody, the big push to break is over and we are ready for some rest
Movie night - Curious George Cape Ahoy or something
Snack run for our trip
Free vacuums at Quality Car Wash, when used sparingly, are a great treat for the children - “Can we do this again?” As we left was a good sign.
All pets and children are healthy
Day Night 8
One week down. One to go… which seems a little nuts
Madeleine has stepped it up big time. I’m nto sure if she’s good with school work, but at home she’s been amazing
Josh runs 100% until bedtime when he flips to 150%. Then he dies. (Figuratively)
The days are getting longer, and harder
Josh got a tie-dye hat from Steven, and went to Everett’s showcase about fractions(?)
Want to place bets on Joshua taking the bus home tomorrow? We can also bet how much the dryer repair will be…
Everyone is looking forward to Nashville
Day Night 7
Still on top of things. Just not as high as we’ve been on prevous days
Maddie actually had tennis
Joshua was supposed to take the bus home… he missed it.
Soccer parents are annoying
Kayleigh hit a home run with her Casey at the Bat presentation
I found out West Ottawa is a Destination School
The dryer finally called it quits. Repair guy comes Thursday
Redeemed dates are in the calendar
Day Night 6
Everyone in the right place at the right time. Not nearly as early as we were last week
Except Joshua who got up at 6:15…
Madeleine has been a boss and has a bruise growing on her right knee, it’s going to look cool.
Running club is a zoo.
Kayleigh struggled with apush some more, feeling sad
I’m struggling with co-worker performance at the office
All in all… a Monday.
Also, someone has been buying out all the grape crystal light in the tri-city area. In related news, the top shelf of the book shelf is packed once again. As it should be.
