I’ve been naughty so I put myself in timeout. It was a good choice.

Christmas Eve

Two years ago I spent the Christmas Eve afternoon at work by necessity to address a client issue.

Today I’m doing it by choice. What a difference.

Oops

I had a streak going and I missed it. Odd being the only one working out of the house while kids are at home with no responsibilities (yes they have chores and such but no school). So we spent the last two nights watching Home Alone movies and now it is Elf. Good times.

Happy Day of Birth

Today was Kristi’s birthday. I’ll spare you the details but she’s old enough to be.a mother of four, and young enough that she still has the energy to put up with me. The day started off with pancakes on the new griddle and a blanket party made possible by local small business… and Vera Bradly.

Then we were off to church to work in the nursery. Kayleigh and I worked together and had one child in the room which made it pretty easy. One of the highlights was making faces with the little guy, trying to mirror each other’s face. I even got to color a little photo.

The day ended with take out from a local establishment, and Home Alone. So loud.
